Sparkybit is looking for an experienced HR specialist in Dnipro or Kharkiv to develop and support the company’s HR processes.
This is a full-time position with the ability to work either in the office or in a mixed (partially remote) way.

Essential Skills:

◆ 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT
◆ Strong communication and negotiation skills
◆ Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
◆ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
◆ Strong analytical skills
◆ Attention to details
◆ English: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

◆ HR strategy development and planning
◆ Development and updating of policies, procedures, and processes
◆ Participation in the strategy development and implementation of organizational changes
◆ Close cooperation with Recruitment and Employer Brand managers
◆ Coordinating interviews; taking part in vacancies launch
◆ Taking part in organizing social and educational activities
◆ Onboarding and offboarding of employees
◆ Employees’ Learning&Development
◆ Employees’ Retention
◆ Internal communication
