AdTech & MarTech are our strongest track record — a profitable portfolio scaling fast, especially in the US.
Alongside that, we’re growing rapidly in the Mobile apps space.

Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to strengthen our hiring pipeline across AdTech & Mobile.

What you will be doing:

  • researching the market and mapping talent across AdTech and Mobile;
  • building and maintaining pipelines for a variety of roles: business development & account managers, developers, marketing, product and administrative functions (finance, HR, legal, ops, design);
  • writing and running outreach campaigns;
  • engaging with passive candidates and pitching opportunities with impact;
  • supporting recruiters and hiring managers with market insights and sourcing strategies.

What you bring:

  • 1+ year of sourcing or recruitment experience (preferably in AdTech or Mobile);
  • confidence in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels;
  • strong communication skills and creative business outreach;
  • startup-friendly mindset — proactive, curious, resilient.
