As we scale, we are seeking Senior Product Manager to join our AppLab — creative team building next-gen health & welness apps. At AppLab, we test bold ideas, launch innovative solutions, and empower users worldwide to live healthier, better lives.

What you’ll do:

• conduct market analysis and validate product hypotheses;
• design and optimize user flows to enhance user experience;
• collaborate closely with designers, developers, and analysts;
• test, iterate, and optimize product features through experiments;
• monitor key performance metrics and propose improvements;
• actively seek new opportunities to drive product growth.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in product management is a must;
• proactive mindset: not just an executor but a thinker who always seeks the shortest, most efficient path to success (i.e., smartly leveraging energy rather than overexerting);
• familiarity with and conscious use of AI tools and assistants is a huge plus;
• experience with pricing, payments flows is a plus;
• strong practical analytical skills, Amplitude, Power BI or similar;
• understanding of UX/UI principles;
• excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
