We are looking for a Business Development Manager!
What you will be working on:
- Conduct outbound sales through active client searches on platforms like LinkedIn, forums, and other professional networks.
- Attend and participate in professional events such as trade exhibitions and fairs to discover new clients and showcase products.
- Manage and track the sales funnel using a CRM system.
- Contribute to product improvement by providing insights from sales and client needs.
- Collaborate with other sales and client service departments to achieve optimal results.
Your background:
- Fluent English: Upper Intermediate to Advanced proficiency.
- Experience: Over 2 years in Programmatic Sales, preferably at an ad exchange or ad network.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with or partnering with top SSPs and DSPs such as PubMatic, RTB House, OpenX, FreeWheel, Vungle, etc.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with employees and decision-makers at leading companies.
- Event Engagement: Willingness to attend global programmatic and AdTech events to enhance market presence and build valuable partnerships.
- Skills:
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Strong leadership and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- High initiative and passion for IT, AdTech, and corporate or personal growth.
- Bonus Qualifications:
- Broader expertise within the AdTech industry.
- Experience in managing publisher relationships.
