We are looking for a part-time Community Manager to engage with our community, assist users, and enforce chat rules.

What You Will Be Working On:

• Welcome and assist new participants in our chat;
• Respond to community inquiries and redirect technical questions as needed;
• Enforce chat rules and manage inappropriate behavior;
• Conduct chat activities and engage users via Telegram;
• Publish posts, collect feedback, and handle user concerns positively;
• Maintain and update the FAQ document.

Your Background:

• Proficient in computer usage;
• Ability to communicate effectively in written English;
• Experience in managing Telegram communities is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills and capability to create and implement projects;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Attention to detail.
