As we scale, we are seeking a Сommunity Manager to join our team, creating engaging and interactive content for Telegram, driving user engagement and traffic through entertainment solutions.

You will be working on:

• greeting newcomers and guiding their onboarding;
• handling inquiries warmly and passing tech, marketing or partnership questions to the right team;
• monitoring chat activity, ensuring rules are followed, and removing off-limits content;
• chatting with users through messages and bots, offering support;
• assisting with processing applications, verifying registrations, and confirming deposits;
• collecting feedback, resolving issues promptly, and improving user experience;
• keeping FAQs updated.

Work Schedule:

• Friday: 08:00–16:00
• Saturday: 08:00–16:00
• Sunday: 16:00–00:00
• Monday: 16:00–00:00

Your background:

• English proficiency at an intermediate+ level;
• experience in managing Telegram communities (preferred);
• ability to develop and implement community strategies that align with business goals.
