As we scale, we are seeking Product Marketing Analyst to join our AppLab — creative team building next-gen health & welness apps. At AppLab, we test bold ideas, launch innovative solutions, and empower users worldwide to live healthier, better lives.

What you will be doing:

  • set up a full analytics cycle—from ad performance metrics to product and financial KPIs;
  • combine data from various sources (Facebook Ads, Amplitude, payment systems) into one for a complete overview;
  • create reports on marketing campaign performance, user behaviour, and their impact on business metrics;
  • plan, model, and analyze A/B tests to drive data-informed decisions;
  • use analytics to spot areas for product or marketing optimization;
  • design clear, intuitive dashboards for product managers, marketers, and leadership;
  • help teammates (marketers, product managers) make sense of data and uncover actionable insights.

Your background:

  • at least 3 years of experience as an analyst in marketing, product, or business analysis;
  • strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar);
  • understanding of how advertising platforms work (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS);
  • hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar for user behaviour analysis;
  • experience in calculating financial metrics (ARPU, LTV, Churn);
  • ability to calculate, model, and analyze A/B test results;
  • proactive mindset: identify problems, find the right data, and propose solutions.
