We are seeking for a Personal Assistant!
What You Will Be Working On:
- Organize meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
- Plan and manage business trips, including tickets, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Handle personal tasks: logistics, purchases, household management, and schedule optimization.
- Assist in organizing team events, including planning, venue booking, and coordination.
- Support the CEO in managing special projects, conducting research, performing analysis, and ensuring smooth task execution.
Your Background:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or office manager.
- Advanced or higher proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, ChatGPT, Notion, and Canva.
- Expertise in travel logistics, bookings, and understanding travel regulations.
- Ability to multitask, find solutions under pressure, and manage tasks independently.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
