We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Open RTB partnerships, optimize account performance, and provide exceptional client service.

What You Will Be Working On:

• Communicate with Open RTB partners on a daily basis providing assistance with their daily operations;
• Analyze metrics on the platform and apply the necessary optimizations to ensure growth of the assigned accounts;
• Create reports per request of the team;
• Assist customers with fixing technical issues in collaboration with the technical team;
• Maintain warm and friendly relationships with all the clients.

Your Background:

• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
• Experience in customer service;
• Expertise within AdTech industry will be a big plus;
• High level of attention to details and accuracy;
• Analytical mindset and high level of perfectionism; Initiative and passion for technology;
• Structured thinking;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Teamwork;
• Time management;
