We are seeking a Financial Business Partner to join our team!

What You Will Be Working On:

• Your primary mission will be to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team.
• Overhaul and optimize existing processes within the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement robust controls for cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Integrate remuneration payment software to streamline payment processes.
• Establish and structure the treasury department to manage high-volume payments effectively.
• Manage and work with payment gateways, handling large volumes of transactions.

Your Background:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a similar position within the IT industry.
• Proficient in Excel and capable of implementing changes in high-resistance zones.
• Prior experience in IT-related financial roles is essential.
