We’re a fast-growing fintech product company building scalable platforms used by brokers worldwide, and we’re now expanding our team in Cyprus.
And now we’re looking for a super-organized, people-savvy, tech-curious Project Manager to join our team.

🌟 What You’ll Do (aka your impact)

You’ll be the glue, the energy, and the navigator that keeps everything moving smoothly:

• Keep everyone aligned, from devs and DevOps to product, Design teams and business stakeholders
• Own communication across teams, making sure progress, risks, and decisions are always clear
• Build and maintain delivery plans that actually work
• Run backlog planning in Azure DevOps — stories, features, priorities, you name it
• Help shape quarterly planning and long-term platform goals
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure everyone is shipping in sync
• Improve delivery processes using Agile best practices (Scrum / Kanban)
• Track delivery metrics and build dashboards that help us make smarter decisions
• Coordinate release cycles in a continuous delivery environment
• Be the bridge between business expectations and technical reality — and keep both sides smiling 😎
• Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure smooth delivery of UX/UI tasks and visual assets

🧩 Who You Are

• 3+ years as a Project Manager, Technical PM, or Delivery Manager in SaaS / Cloud/fintech
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (“Monday” an advantage)
• Very good understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
• Comfortable working with design, product, and engineering teams
• Solid understanding of Cloud release pipelines (Azure preferred)
• Great at breaking down complex goals into clear delivery plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across different teams
• You know how to prioritize, push forward, unblock teams, and make decisions
• Experience juggling operational tasks + platform improvements + compliance requests
• PM or Scrum certification? That’s a bonus ✔
• Ukrainian language is an advantage 🇺🇦️
