Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services and systems using Go and Python.

• Architect and implement new features and optimize existing ones to enhance performance and scalability.

• Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend services with web apps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong understanding of Go and Python.

• At least 4 years of experience in Go and Python is mandatory.

• Proven experience with Kafka.

• Working with the APIs of one of the Gen AI providers (Open AI/Claude etc.)

• Ability to utilize vibe coding techniques to speed up delivery.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and distributed systems.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git workflow.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• MacBook.

• Well speak and write in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of other programming languages.
