• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
• Must have prior experience in Customer Service
• Thoroughly organized and hardworking
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Must possess a high level of intuition and the ability to problem-solve.
• Attention to details

• Associates Degree or Higher
• Experience in using the CRM “Salesforce” is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator & Customer Support Representative who can
work in a fast-paced sales environment answering all incoming calls and handling customer support
functions within the sales process such as informing customers’ of out of stock items, providing
Estimated Ship Dates, tracking the order process. This candidate must be able to multi-task in an
efficient, accurate, and timely basis. An experienced candidate should have a background in general
sales administration and customer support roles. Must have excellent written and verbal
communication skills in conjunction with experience in data entry and worked on some form of CRM.
This candidate should speak English proficiently. Ideal applicants should have experience in Business to
Business Sales. Needs to have an excellent level of computer literacy and knowledge of
Microsoft/Windows applications is a must. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar
position and be able to type a minimum of 40-45 WPM. Needs to have strong organizational skills, work
ethics, and maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude. An ideal candidate must have the
ability to interface with all levels of the organization.

Monday — Friday 15:30 to 00:00 Ukrainian Time (remotely position).
You will get training in Odessa — there is lots of detail in this work.
You will be interaction mostly on email not many calls.
