— 3+ years of experience with Ruby;
— Experience with Ruby on Rails 4.x / 5.x, Git, SQL, and APIs;
— Test process: Continuous integration, Rspec, Capybara, Factory girl;
— Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred;
— Knowledge of modern technologies like Docker, Elixir, etc. preferred;
— English on great communicational level, to work directly with the customer;
— Knowledge of automated test, build and deployment processes
— Availability for business trips

— Architect and write efficient, well documented and highly readable code;
— Collaborate with product, design, and business development team in Europe;
— Help create a technical vision and roadmap to drive the business to success;
— Maintaining the existing applications (bugfixes, migration to new Rails versions, UI refresh).
— Conduct product demo sessions with stakeholders.
