I have started my path at Sonerim not that long ago, but already gained a good understanding of what is it to be a part of this company.

In my case, the hiring process consisted of several stages: an interview with a recruiter + an interview with the CEO. The communication was constructive and professional, which was one of the factors in the decision-making to cooperate with the company.

From the first days you feel a healthy atmosphere in the team. It’s motivating to work with a team of professionals who love what they do, are deeply involved in the project, and have great ambitions. You start and end your working day with a smile 🙂
In short, for me, working here is an interesting project, good professional experience, a pleasant team for which I happy to contribute.

The salary that was requested was also agreed upon. Paid on time without delays.
