Somplo is an Israeli / Ukrainian tech-based company, in digital advertising solutions for big agencies and international leading brands.

We have Offices in Israel and in Odessa Ukraine, with a staff of around 40 employees (Tech, design, sales, marketing, operation, support and more).

Requirements:

— Great English
— 1-2 years of experience in customer service is a must (could be hotels, restaurants, fashion shops, etc.)
— Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
— Additional experience in account or sales is welcome
— Analytical and presentation skills


Main responsibilities:

— 90% of the time communication with customers
— Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship
— Schedule meetings
— Maintain and up-sell accounts to achieve business objectives and targets
— Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are meeting their needs
— Tight collaboration with other teams
— Prepare financial clients monthly reports on Somplo platform usage
