Main responsibilities:
— 90% of the time communication with customers
— Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship
— Schedule meetings
— Maintain and up-sell accounts to achieve business objectives and targets
— Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are meeting their needs
— Tight collaboration with other teams
— Prepare financial clients monthly reports on Somplo platform usage
