Somplo

I worked for Somplo for one year and seven months. It’s a great mature company with startup vibes, where everyone got a voice and ability to influence day-to-day work.
By startup vibes, I mean fast-paced work environment, flexibility and a strong sense of innovation, again because of the flexibility.

It was a great experience and the best company I have worked for to this day. I highly recommend Somplo to anyone seeking a fulfilling and dynamic work experience in an IT company in Odesa.

P.S. The office is a great place you don’t want to leave because of its sea view, big kitchen with fruits and sweets, PS5 and other perks.
