As a Junior Office Support Specialist, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and support employees, visitors, and internal processes. This role is focused on front desk administration, workplace coordination, office logistics, and maintaining a comfortable and well-organized working environment. You will work closely with the Office Manager and become a key point of contact for office-related requests, newcomers, and visitors.

- Reliability, accountability, and willingness to support daily office operations as part of a collaborative team
Your responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guests, support front desk operations, provide office supplies and first aid items upon request, and assist with printing, scanning, and copying
- Conduct regular office tours to ensure office spaces are clean, organized, and aligned with company standards
- Support newcomers on their first working day and serve as a point of contact for internal emergency requests
- Maintain office registers and records, including visitor logs, asset removal records, and access card tracking
- Coordinate the use of the corporate office phone, courier deliveries, access pass cards, and office key management
- Manage workplace allocation and booking processes and maintain office layouts and seating plans
- Support employee off-boarding activities related to office administration and workplace arrangements
- Assist with office events by coordinating logistics, furniture arrangements, catering, supplies, and seasonal office decorations
- Support the Office Manager in daily administrative and operational activities
