We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our journey to revolutionize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) through AI-powered automation, intelligent assistants, and predictive analytics. This is a hands-on engineering role, focusing on integrating LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, and vector search technologies to enhance decision-making, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- BA/MA in computer science or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial projects
- Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, BERT, T5).
- Hands-on experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, and agents using modern AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in RAG pipelines, prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot), and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with MCP and A2A protocols
- Experience with AI search tools like Azure Cognitive Search, Elasticsearch, or Haystack.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills.
- At least Upper Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features using LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI models.
- Architect and implement AI-driven automation to improve business processes and user workflows.
- Build and optimize conversational AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
- Enhance search and knowledge management with vector search, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Provide technical guidance to developers on AI best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and assess their fit for enterprise PLM.
- Fine-tune and deploy models using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Kubernetes (AKS).
- Monitor and govern AI features to mitigate risks such as prompt injection, model bias, and drift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions and improve ML pipelines.
