This role is responsible for working with Product Management, Curriculum Design, and Engineering to create user experiences and interfaces to transform our digital learning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Game Design, Computer Science, Web Design, or a similar program (years of experience can be substituted for a degree).
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, visual design/gameplay/game design.
- Experience in leading a project from conceptual designs through to product launch.
- Experience designing activities/games for mobile, tablet, and web.
- Experience using Figma and Protopie.
- English level from Upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with a cross-functional team to understand requirements and develop creative and thoughtful solutions to meet a project’s goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Curriculum, Product, Digital Artists, Architecture, and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment, feature definition, and a cohesive roadmap.
- Support the educational activity design process, from gathering user feedback and early conceptualization to designing prototypes and iterating on new versions.
- Present, discuss, advocate for, and deliver design deliverables at various stages of the product design process including conceptual diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct concept and usability testing; gather and evaluate user feedback.
- Participate in team retrospectives, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
- Follow UX/UI best practices, guidelines, and standards.
