Head of Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Delivery to lead our delivery function and drive exceptional results for our clients, primarily based in the US and Canada. In this pivotal role, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership, overseeing a team of three Delivery Managers. Your expertise will empower our managers to make informed decisions while fostering collaboration across departments. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, support business development, and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

• Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving outcomes.
• Proven experience in managing the delivery of multiple accounts or programs.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Successfully delivered projects with a value exceeding $10M.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, coupled with excellent stakeholder management.
• Highly skilled in negotiation, coaching, and education, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery function.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities.
• Support business development and manage accounts.
• Empower managers to make informed decisions.
• Foster horizontal collaboration between functions such as HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
• Oversee various departmental aspects, including scope, budget, schedule, risks, personnel, communication, quality, resources, contracts, stakeholders, and integration management.
