We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and understanding of working with CRM software.
You will be working mostly with warm leads and will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role involves working closely with the Account Executives to move leads through the sales pipeline and ensure our company reaches potential clients across diverse industries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or marketing role, preferably in lead qualification, for at least 1 year.
- Upper Intermediate or higher English level (writing and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive CRM software is preferable) systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to write compelling, personalized outreach messages.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
Nice to have:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from CRM data.
- Experience in training and supporting team members on CRM usage is preferred.
- Passionate about Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales teams in managing prospects’ communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up on warm leads and to set up a renew call or meeting
- Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate a business opportunity.
- Help sales managers before their calls/meetings with leads and prepare some research that will be useful during communication with the client.
- Set up meetings and calls for the sales team with qualified prospects (using warm leads base).
- Meet (exceed) monthly KPIs for lead generation, meetings set, and follow-up activity.
- Organize additional materials for the sales manager if needed (presentation, case studies, articles, etc.)
- Maintain and update customer information in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification standards.
- Stay up-to-date with Pipedrive CRM updates and developments, implementing new features as appropriate.
