Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the HR sphere;
Successful experience in processes development of employee lifecycle and implementation
Сonsiderable experience and skills in solving complex cases and problems;
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
Upper-Intermediate English
Responsibilities:
Develop and polish policies and processes of the employee lifecycle
Work with key metrics for continuous process improvement;
Aligning People strategy with business objectives and needs;
Supporting change management initiatives;
Be aware of compliance and risk management from HR perspective;
Build credible relationships with key stakeholders and bring HR expertise to add value to the business
Drive HR initiatives in order to improve business efficiency
Able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic and changing multicultural environment
