Middle/Senior Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in the IT outsourcing domain;
• Proactiveness, communicativeness, and client-centered attitude;
• Analytical mindset, high level of empathy;
• US visa and desire to spend half of the time abroad (mostly US);
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Get on an initial call with the client, conduct qualification;
• Process NDA and other agreements;
• Constantly communicate, provide required information and follow up with the client;
• Take an active part in proposal development and pitch;
• Be absolutely responsible for the client’s experience;
• Act as account manager 1 year after winning the deal.
