- 2+ years experience in the IT outsourcing domain;
- Proactiveness, communicativeness, and client-centered attitude;
- Analytical mindset, high level of empathy;
- US visa and desire to spend half of the time abroad (mostly US);
- At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Get on an initial call with the client, conduct qualification;
- Process NDA and other agreements;
- Constantly communicate, provide required information and follow up with the client;
- Take an active part in proposal development and pitch;
- Be absolutely responsible for the client’s experience;
- Act as account manager 1 year after winning the deal.
