Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry in relevant positions (Delivery Manager, Sr.Project Manager, Business Development Manager);
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Client-focused approach to work: vital customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients;
• Negotiations skills.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for finding ways how to increase the team (Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities);
• Regularly ask for feedback from customers to make sure that we are providing exemplary service;
• Regularly provide customer feedback on team members;
• Every
• Gather feedback (by interview, live meetings) about the team and company from customers;
• Discuss plans with customers;
• Service update (from TA to DT OR from DT to PD);
• Help to organize the CSAT report and ask for references for Clutch;
• Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs;
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
• Generate progress reports (QBRs) to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization.
