About the team: from the Sombra side: Senior React FE, Senior React Native Engineer, Senior Android Developer, UI UX designer, Senior Phyton BE, Senior Data Engineer
from the customer side: Dir. of Product Management, 2 Junior Product Managers, 2 UI UX designers

Desired Experience:
— Extensive experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials or healthcare industries is great to have
— Experience using BI/data visualization solutions (e.g. Tableau, Sisense, MicroStrategy, Power BI)
— 4+ years experience in Product Management with proven Data Reporting/Analytics deliverables and/or relevant experience
— Proven experience working directly with clients, with examples of success in managing complex deliverables and challenging relationships, while delivering on time and within budget

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
— Strong experience working within Agile Scrum frameworks and comfort in discussing technical requirements with engineers
— Strong leadership and communication skills, with an ability to make evidence-based decisions and capably explain the rationale across multiple stakeholder levels
— Excellent organizational and time management skills with experience in product lifecycle management
— Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
— Creative thinker with a vision and a consensus builder
— SQL/Python/R experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
— Lead the collaboration of multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to identify customer reporting and data visualization needs, define solutions and deliver best-in-class capabilities to our customers in support of their study and program goals
— In partnership with our BI Engineering group, translate requirements into deliverable user stories with complete acceptance criteria, to ensure clear understanding and first-time quality of report/analytic deliverables by the team
— Identify opportunities to improve the overall usability of our data assets and our platform, for both our customers and our internal teams
— Conduct market surveillance to identify and validate the current competitive environment, and advise on opportunities that may exist or gaps that should be closed
— Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate responses to product capabilities or requirement clarifications, and address technical questions as needed
— Work with data analytics in product improvement
