Sombra is looking for a new team member to expand the Business Development team!
This position is for someone who would like to make a move into IT outsourcing sales. You will start by managing sales operations and, under our mentorship, grow to a sales manager.
Requirements:
• Proactiveness, communicativeness, and client-centered attitude;
• Analytical mindset, high level of empathy;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Sales Operations Responsibilities:
• Manage Pipedrive CRM and be responsible for general leads analysis;
• Organise, prepare, or adjust sales materials with the help of the Marketing department;
• Take part in lead generation activities if required.
Sales Management Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound requests;
• Getting on a call with the most promising inbound leads;
• Qualify, and consult on our service portfolio;
• Process NDA and other agreements;
• Constantly communicate, provide required information and follow up with the client;
• Take an active part in proposal development and pitch;
• Be responsible for the client’s experience;
• Act as account manager 1 year after winning the deal.
