We are looking for a candidate who has technical background as a project manager, delivery, or engagement manager.
Also, the candidate should have experience as a project manager, who wants to grow as an Engagement manager.
Responsibilities:
— Get on initial call with the client, conduct qualification
— Consult clients on service portfolio
— Own pre-sales process, estimate and wrap-up the results in value proposition
— Take active part in proposal development and pitch
— Be absolutely responsible for the client’s experience
Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience in IT outsourcing domain
— Previous experience as a project / delivery / engagement manager
— Familiar with software development methodologies and technologies
— Proactiveness, communicativeness and client-centered attitude
— Analytical mindset, high level of empathy
— At least upper-intermediate level of English
