Because of our quick growth over the last 8 years, Sombra is now investing in a scalable Sales & Marketing organization.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing leader to develop and implement the company’s marketing and communication strategy.
Sombra’s strategic direction is growing the Fintech vertical. During the next two years we expect the person to create a brand new lead generation channel that will bring inbound leads from mid-size Fintech businesses ($50M+ in Revenue) from the US, Canada and the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Developing Marketing Strategy for 2022 along with Top Management in accordance with company’s business goals;
- Implementing a Marketing Strategy via multiple tools and channels;
- Building your own team in order to achieve the lead generation goals.
- Measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns;
- External Brand Management;
- Content Marketing;
- Working with Corporate Website, Marketplaces (Clutch), Email campaigns, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook);
- Managing external vendors (Graphic Designers, Copywriters) to work on specific marketing and sales tasks
What you’ll need:
- To be autonomous and proactive;
- At least 5 years of overall experience in marketing or sales;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Understanding of US market and customer needs;
- Living in the US, UK or Canada for some time would be an advantage
