Responsibilities:
— Get on initial call with the client, conduct qualification;
— Process NDA and other agreements;
— Constantly communicate, provide required information and follow up with the client;
— Take active part in proposal development and pitch;
— Be absolutely responsible for the client’s experience;
— Act as account manager 1 year after winning the deal.
Requirements:
— Experience in IT outsourcing domain;
— Proactiveness, communicativeness and client-centered attitude;
— Analytical mindset, high level of empathy;
— At least upper intermediate level of English.
