— Understanding business contexts of our incoming leads, identifying stakeholders involved into buying decision making and their needs;
— Proposing and implementing realistic ideas on how to close a contract based on needs of our leads;
— Leading the presale process and proposal preparation based on client needs/company capabilities;
— Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
— Managing both our existing sales methods and developing new business opportunities;
— Presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships;
— Developing negotiating strategies;
— Investigating risks related to deals lost and actively mitigating those risks.

— Proven working experience (3+ years) as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
— Ability to identify client’s business needs and to see the client’s pain points;
— Strong result orientation;
— Knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
— Understanding of SDLC approach;
— English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
— Communication and negotiation skills;
— Ability to build rapport;
— Time management and planning skills;
— Empathy.
