Overview:

SOLVVE is looking for a digital marketing manager who’s enthusiastic about software development and the IT industry and can take over paid promotion, social media, email automation, and content marketing, and isn’t afraid to experiment and learn on the go. You’ll take ownership of marketing processes and continuously improve them through research and brainstorming with other team members. This is a great opportunity for motivated self-starters and pro-active experts to unleash your potential and apply all of the skills you possess.

How we will help you with your onboarding:

The action plan for Q1 2022 is already in place as well as a breakdown of daily and weekly tasks. Thus, during the onboarding and further on you will have guidelines to stick to. We will provide you with a log of what has been done in different areas of marketing for the campaign so that you get a full picture of the past and current activities. You will be supported by a current manager during your onboarding, so feel free to ask as many questions as you want.

Tasks:

— Dive into existing processes and as you know them better start improving them
— Design and oversee all digital marketing processes from initiation to realization and all aspects of the digital marketing department
— Identify the latest trends in the industry and new opportunities to drive up marketing performance
— Develop and monitor long-term strategies and choose short-terms tactics and approaches to achieve strategic goals
— Oversee performance of different marketing activities and communicate/report the progress to other stakeholders through analysis of metrics across campaigns and activities
— Evaluate metrics and how they affect the performance, draw insights and adjust marketing strategy and tactics accordingly
— Coordinate with the team of sales representatives, designers, developers and copywriters to bring together all necessary materials and efforts for promotion: creatives, texts, resolve technical issues, etc.
— Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, refine ICPs, updated promotional materials and to improve overall marketing and sales process and performance
— Prepare, adjust and oversee the budget and its allocation

Requirements:

— Professional education (Bachelor’s Degree or higher) in marketing/digital marketing or PR, or relevant working experience and skill base (3+ years working on similar positions) in a B2B field within SaaS/IT sector
— In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
— Understanding of and experience in market and marketing research, development of ICPs, and formulation of key values that the product/service brings from the perspective of all the target audiences.
— Understanding of and hands-on experience in lead generation and nurtuting
— Ability to create and adjust marketing strategy and marketing channel mix in accordance with the company needs, target audience, and market situation, to allocate budget per channel and human resources per task among the involved team members and/or contractors, inclusing paid and organic promotion (e.g. SMM, SEM, SEO, display, email marketing, content, etc.)
— Ablity to create concepts for marketing campaigns and experiments, justify their necessity and design, run and analyse them, report on performance and insights based on the results
— Knowladge and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools: CMSs, CRMs, email automation platforms, analytics tools, keyword finders, etc.
— Understanding of key KPIs to assess the overall marketing process dynamics/performance (MQL, SQL, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and KPIs for specific tools/channels (CTR, CPC, CPM, etc.)
— Understanding of marketing/sales dynamics and processes, ability to build and improve existing marketing/sales funnels
— Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
— Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-intermediate/B2+)
— Leadership and innovation in circumstances of constantly changing market dynamics and updates for marketing tools and platforms, GDPR awareness
— Ability to address issues involving many interacting factors

— Certification from major marketing platforms and service providers is a great advantage (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
