UI/UX Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Bachelor’s Degree;
3+ years of leadership experience in managing or leading projects;
End-to-end experience leading UX processes such as user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns;
Will be plus knowledge of Sketch, InVision or Figma;
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications;
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills;
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex design concepts, processes, ideas, and solutions across teams and managers with various UX design experience;
Advanced English;
Stress Resistance, possibility to work in a fast-changing environment.

Direct involvement in innovative global Healthcare product development;

Lead creative and holistic design thinking across diverse user personas and products lines;
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UI/UX Designers;
Oversee the development of UX designs, including scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, testing and defining functional specifications;
Execute on design projects, as assigned;
Research industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development;
Develop a new standard in how user-interface specifications and core design patterns are documented and leveraged by Design team and Development to build new Components.
