• Experience in IT domain;
• Experience in headhunting top-management positions;
• Experience in using non-conventional platforms for search (Github, StackOverflow, Telegram groups, etc);
• Experience in leading the recruiting team;
• Wide candidates network;
• Upper-intermediate English.
• Experience in staffing for US market.
• Interact with the Hiring Manager on position requirements and other related aspects;
• Search for the candidates utilizing different channels;
• Contact candidates and conduct phone screening interviews;
• Conduct initial interviews on-site;
• Ensure proper interviewing process for the candidate and the feedback delivery;
• Maintain internal Applicant Tracking System and report on a daily and weekly basis;
• Leading the recruiting team.
