Необхідні навички

— Experience in customer support services for solutions/products/SAAS/PAAS and digital ecosystems (3+);
— Experience with incident tracking systems (required);
— Experience with JIRA (required);
— Experience with Confluence;
— Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (required).

Обов’язки

— Work in shifts, rotated in accordance to 24/7 support model;
— Manage customer support issues and respond within the SLA;
— Interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the product functionality;
— Define and implement workarounds to issues report by clients;
— Work with the Support L2 and development team to address issues;
— Follow up on all open issues and provide status report to customers and to the internal management team;
— Understand customer’s business problems and develop practical and effective solutions;
— Plan and conduct on-site customer training as needed;
— Be on-site and assist the customer through the go-live phase with the new system;
— Update Knowledge Base;
— Provide on-call services.
