• Outstanding technical documentation skills, with detail orientation

• Hands-on experience on the creation of user interfaces mock-ups. Basic knowledge of Figma is an advantage

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand and execute product requirements.
• Obtain a general understanding of the business domain knowledge (diabetes, prosthetics, cosmetic etc) and client culture, industry context (medical, (employee) insurance, charity etc) with the objective of exploiting for the good of the product.
• Analyse a current system state (AS-IS) and evaluate requested requirements to identify TO-BE system state after the changes are implemented
• Structure and prioritise requirements and communicate to stakeholders for review and approval. Set up and maintain a regular communication cadence of the project status and timing of key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams (front/back end developers, Platform Architects and UI/UX Design Team) to explain the product requirements and deliver a product feature.
• Provide advice to the Product Management Board Committee in relation to the acceptance /rejection of adjustments to the product scope. Track and report on the status and completion of bespoken issues. Escalate issues in a timely manner as required.
• Update existing and produce new system diagrams using BPMN/UML modelling notations
• Collaborate with Client Facing Analysts, Development Team and UI/UX design team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent
• Accountable for the completion and result of all assigned backlogs
• Participate in the Agile development process
