We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team.

Project Description:

• The project is related to a global management consulting firm, providing advice and analysis on how companies can improve their financial results and overall performance. The customer undertakes a variety of projects in the automotive, defence, education, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, and travel industries, but is particularly distinguished in the financial services sector. Our current services for the customer are related to the insurance and reinsurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Team Facilitation: lead daily stand-ups, planning meetings, pre-demos and reviews.
• Risk, blockers and dependencies Management: Identify and manage risks, blockers and dependencies and communicate them to Project Manager, Solution Architect or Team Leads, help in removing blockers.
• Backlogs and workload Management: Ensure that backlog is ready for teams to work on.
• Capacity planning: Create Capacity calendar and assist Project Manager in capacity planning.
• Team Progress Tracking & Boards Administration: Administer the Scrum/Kanban board and ensure tasks statuses and time tracking is up-to-date.
• Teams & Individuals “health” monitoring: Meet with team members individually to address process-related issues, conduct retros.

Mandatory requirements:

• Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Multiple Teams Management.
• Collaborative Skills: Ability to foster collaboration within teams.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at resolving issues and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Proactive leader.
• Education and Certification: Scrum Master certification.

Optional requirements:

• Experience in InsurTech domain.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile practices to scale across teams (e.g., LeSS, SAFe, Nexus).
