NodeJS developer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a self-motivated NodeJS Developer to join our growing engineering team in Ukraine. Our candidate should have excellent communication skills and creative thinking, along with keen attention to detail.

You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. You should be interested in taking on as much responsibility as possible and be able to handle tasks independently. We’re searching for someone who’s not just a great collaborator but enjoys working with the team as we push our apps/solutions in new and exciting directions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services for our web applications using Node.js and related technologies;
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to design and implement APIs that meet business requirements;
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices;
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability;
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and related technologies such as Express or Koa;
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL;
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture;
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest;
• Familiarity with message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git;
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have:

• Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda;
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with GraphQL and related technologies;
• Familiarity with Redis or other caching systems.
