Requirements:
1,5 + years of total professional experience (including any combination of PM and BA, experience in both fields is required) OR 1,5+ years of experience including any combination of QA/Developer and 6 months+ as a PM;
C1 English, both spoken and written;
Ability to process both functional and non-functional requirements;
Proven experience of the following phases of the requirements life cycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation;
Confident user of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
Would be an advantage:
Technical background at Software engineering or QA position;
Broad understanding of various business domains;
CABA or CBAP certification is an absolute advantage.
Responsibilities:
1) Pre-sale stream
Study various business domains, identify the business needs of the incoming lead;
Work closely with sales and engineering to define the scope lists for estimation (at different levels of details depending on the presale phase);
Help potential customers to understand their needs, define the priorities for implementation;
Perform scope partitioning into development phases together with customer and project management office;
Run project estimation (ballpark and range estimates) for the project together with engineering leads;
Help sales team with building the optimal project proposal.
2) Project stream:
Take responsibility for the project timeline, cost, scope implementation, and quality;
Operate project revenue and cost in order to provide sufficient profit and affordable risk level for the company;
Organize full-cycle software engineering project from initiation phase to the project closure;
Work closely with customers and project team to prioritize business needs, clarify the requirements and define ongoing project scope;
Create different types of project requirements artifacts: V&S, SRSs, BRDs, and other project documentation, including use cases, user stories, user flows — based on the chosen project methodology;
Interact closely with a project team to explain clearly the requirements, and make sure they understand everything without missing details;
Be the main source of information about the agreed product requirements for each stakeholder;
Work closely with project SME’s, provide User Acceptance Testing support;
Manage the release operations.
