Solvd is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is personally motivated to pursue a career in sales, easygoing, and up to a challenge.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads.

We are looking for a person with:

  • 1+ year of IT sales experience (SDR, lead gen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales, or BDR);
  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead generation best practices and procedures;
  • At least 1 year of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales;
  • Ability to connect and develop strong client relationships;
  • Desire to build a world-class sales organization;
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and experience in communication with native speakers and clients from abroad (B2-С1 level)

Daily you will:

  • Represent our company, starting with a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet needs;
  • Continually prospect for new customers through email outreach, LI, cold calling, and other lead generation efforts;
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps;
  • Create new business by aggressively finding and qualifying leads for our sales team;
  • Converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads
  • Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
  • Develop and implement best practices for growing VGS’s customer base and strategic partnerships
