Requirements
- at least 2 years of working experience as Account / Partner / Customer Success Managerin any outsourcing / outstaffing IT companies
- experience in customer care (customer relationship management)
- strong communication skills
- English level — C1/C2
Responsibilities
You will:
- be the primary point of contact
- build long-term relationships with customers
- liaise between the customer and internal teams
- take responsibility for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Daily you will deal with:
- customers requests on resources
- customer feedback gathering
- complaints and process improvements requests
- MSA, SOW initial signing and amendments
- urgent tasks, emergency resolutions
- monthly invoices and payment issues
- discovering selling opportunities, creating and maintaining an account plan for each customer
- additional tasks assigned
