Be a bold, energetic, and motivated professional with 2+ years of recruiting experience with a recruiting agency/IT company;
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques;
Good knowledge of IT and cutting-edge technologies;
Solid research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill positions;
Experience working with candidates in the full recruitment lifecycle;
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and effectively deal with a variety of information sources;
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset;
Ability and eagerness to build a positive and effective relationship within the team;
At least B1 written and verbal English skills.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with leadership, Hiring Managers, and technical specialists to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics;
In collaboration with a Recruiting team build a pipeline of potential and passive candidates through different channels (web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.)
Screen resumes, interview candidates to determine the fit;
Maintain data reports;
Ensure that we are providing the best candidate experience throughout the candidate journey.
