What skills do you need for this vacancy?
— 2+ years experience in HR management or recruiting
— High level of the communication skills
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+)
— Experience in HR systems and tools
— Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel

What will be your responsibilities?
— Handling recruitment process (searching and selecting candidates)
— Interviewing new candidates
— Organize and schedule meetings
— Onboarding and offboarding processes
— Dealing with a CRM system
— Maintain corporate culture, organize company offsites
— Work with personal files of employees
— Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
— Collect and analyze worker’s feedback
— Engage in adaptation: establish a support system to help new and transitioning employees adapt to changes in roles, technologies, or work environments
