About the Role

We’re looking for a Travel & Administrative Coordinator to own everything that keeps our people moving — literally.

We’re growing fast. Our teams fly, drive, and cross borders constantly — and someone needs to make sure every single trip runs without a hitch. From a solo business flight to an international offsite for 50 people. No last-minute chaos. No dropped balls. No unnecessary load on the teams.

People focus on closing deals and building product — logistics is your domain, own it.

What you’ll own

• Process individual and group business trip requests — flights, hotels, transfers — fast and right
• Handle visa support when needed
• Design international team building and entertainment itineraries that leave the team with a WOW effect
• Find the smartest routes for complex, multi-city business trips
• Be the go-to when something goes wrong abroad — accommodation, delays, border issues — and fix it
• Maintain clean trip records and per diem data
• Improve internal travel guidelines alongside the team

You’re a great fit if you

• Have real hands-on experience with booking systems, airline websites, and travel search tools
• Know how to build itineraries that leave people genuinely impressed
• Understand domestic and international travel policies
• Catch details others miss and own your work fully
• Stay structured and solutions-focused when things move fast
• Communicate in English at Intermediate level or above
