As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you’ll work on Chargebackhit — technology that protects online businesses from fraud and chargebacks. The product is mature but runs with the energy of a startup: things evolve fast and decisions are made quickly.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and fintech infrastructure. You’ll handle dispute cases that require human judgment, work with banking interfaces, investigate data discrepancies, and directly influence financial outcomes for our merchants. No prior experience is required — just attention to detail, focus, and a drive to grow.
