About the Role

Behind every strong team is a culture that inspires, connects, and unites. That’s why we’re looking for an Internal Communications & Event Manager — the person who will design experiences, build narratives, and make sure our culture is not just words, but actions.

Your playground

• Bring our team together through unforgettable events: all-hands, team buildings, Q&As, hackathons, CSR projects
• Co-create employer brand experiences with HR & PR: welcome packs, branded merch, gifts, materials for events
• Capture and share team stories, milestones, and celebrations
• Explore trends, formats, and creative ways to engage employees
• Own our internal comms channels: keep them relevant, inspiring, and effective
• Analyze what works, what doesn’t, and make it better
• Manage Solidgate’s participation in external events: conferences, meetups etc.

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in PR, event management, internal comms, or related fields
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Ukrainian & English, strong copywriting skills
• Initiative and ownership — you don’t wait for ideas, you bring them
• Creativity and curiosity — you spot trends and adapt them to our culture
• An eye for aesthetics — from event vibes to branded merch
• Interest in pop culture and global trends.
