• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).
• Experience in leading engineering teams (10+ employees) and managing Team Leaders.
• Working Experience as a Project Manager for 1+ years.
• Software development background and understanding of the development process: release management, engineering infrastructure, Agile/SCRUM.
• Ability to organize work of the team and customer cooperation with the following roles present PO, BA, Developers, QA.
• Ability to build the process from scratch and ability to pick up and quickly continue working as a part of the existing process.
• Ability to facilitate daily routine and support software development iterations.
• Reporting and Risk management.
• Ability to resolve conflicts in the team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your decisions.

• Keep communication and development processes consistent in accordance to organizational standards;
• Collect and analyze data of development processes KPIs according to appropriate project management framework;
• Facilitate and/or participate in development and organizational retrospectives;
• Be accountable for implementation of retrospective decisions;
• Be accountable for choice and implementation of project management practices to fit project needs;
• Perform project management activities related to project lifecycle through all phases.

• Direct and manage several, small to mid-sized, and moderate to complex projects
• Determine methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) that best fit a given project; implement and support all necessary processes to ensure efficient project management
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Implement and supports proper project life-cycle processes and workflows
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Create and maintain project management documentation and revise as appropriate
• Implement and use project management metrics with a goal to reach and maintain the best performance
• Сontinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
• Continuously analyze client needs from business opportunities perspective and suggest profitable solutions for both customers and the company
• Build and maintain project(s) team structure to meet project(s) goals and objectives
• Plan rotations, new staffing and participate in interview with candidates
