You will join a team that has a unique experience in fin-tech, acquiring, analytics, and risk management, and supports the rapid growth partners in all key markets.

As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for pro-active prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities including the acquisition of new merchants. This position assumes intensive sales and business development activities and full dedication.

The main responsibilities of this role are:
— meet challenging KPI’s in terms of new customer acquisition;
— structure, negotiate and close deals, a major emphasis on closing strategic and high revenue deals;
— proactively build and manage the pipeline of deals and constantly provide insights and thought leadership with customers;
— build a brand reputation, especially amongst C-level stakeholders and influencers in our target industries.

— 3+ years of experience in direct sales or business development in B2B digital services (experience in FinTech is a plus);
— proven track record in selling products/services to top management and business owners;
— experience in managing deal pipeline and engaging with 20+ new customers every month;
— knowledge of sales strategies, bypassing gatekeepers, not taking “no” for an answer, creative approach to negotiations;
— readiness to make cold calls and previous experience in it;
— strong verbal and written communications skills;
— Fluent in English.
