Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related discipline
● Exceptional writing and research skill
● Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
● Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs,
● Usage of Grammarly, Hemingway, readable.io is a plus
● Social media or content marketing experience a plus
● Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
● A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design

Objectives of this Role:

● Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical landscape
● Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

● Interpret business cases to develop and produce excellent case studies, blog articles, Quora answers etc
● Research and understand the market needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts etc
● Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
● Collaborate with all related teams to create the best possible copy
● Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to publish them
● Revise copy based on internal and (sometimes) client feedback/direction
● Continuously update Social Media channels and profiles, placed in reputable media.
